Incotec Products

Incotec Products are developed with a key focus on enhancing the function of the fastening systems they are applied to. ALUMI-TEC COATINGS

Alumi-Tech

8-G
8-G was specifically designed to meet the requirements of BMS 10-85 & NAS 4006 without the addition of chromates. 8-G can be applied to internally and externally threaded products. 8-G establishes a very unique balance of low insertion force while maintaining strong topcoat adhesion properties. 8-G operating temperature ranges from -90º F to 500º F (-67º C to 260º C). Pro-tec NC
Pro-Tec NC is an aluminum-pigmented coating qualified to NAS 4006. Pro-Tec NC does not contain chromates, it is more environmental friendly compared to other leading aerospace aluminum coatings. It was specifically designed to outperform traditional aluminum coatings in salt spray testing. 9P is the first aluminum-pigmented coating qualified to Dassault Aviation, DGQT 1.8.0.0077 specification in 1994. It is also qualified to NAS 4006. 9P demonstrates extremely low installation force values and is more conductive than traditional aluminum coatings. 9P operating temperature ranges from -90º F to 500º F (-67º C to 260º C). Tec-Lube
Tec-Lube is a dry-film lubricant qualified to AS5272 Type I and Sikorsky SS8866. It provides exceptional wear life, load carrying capacity, and adhesion properties. On the Falex machine, Tec-Lube outperforms most leading aerospace equivalents and is the product of choice of many Leading Aerospace Manufacturers. HTL
HTL is a water-based, hi-temp, dry-film lubricant qualified to AS1701 Class IV. This lubricant is capable of working up to 1400º F (760º C). Request info

Tec-Forge
Tec-Forge is a water-based dry-film lubricant used as forging lube to prolong the life of dyes. Tec-Forge is currently being used in many fastener-manufacturing facilities around the world. Oxy-Lube E
Oxy-Lube E is a dry-film lubricant qualified to D6-3488, BAC5811, AS6449 & AS6450. It is designed for use on Oxygen, Potable Water and Hydraulic Fittings. Oxy-Lube E has an exclusive pigment-to-volume ratio that allows it to provide exceptional anti-galling properties, while maintaining effective corrosion barrier protection. This unique ratio also gives it a distinct advantage against leading dry-film lubricants since coating transfer is minimal. Utilizing a synergistic combination of PTFE and other proprietary advanced ingredients, Multi-Kote is a multiuse dry-film lubricant that provides extremely low friction properties at medium to low pressure applications where run cycles are needed in excess of 1K times.
